ReduceTax is a tax strategy calculation and illustration platform designed for licensed tax professionals. The Platform generates estimated tax calculations and strategy proposals based on user-provided inputs.
3. Advisor Responsibility
The advisor is solely responsible for reviewing all inputs, assumptions, calculations, strategy suitability, and recommendations before presenting any results to a client. ReduceTax does not provide tax, legal, accounting, investment, or financial advice.
4. No Professional Advice
The Platform is a calculation and illustration tool only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes professional tax advice, legal counsel, or financial planning. All strategies should be reviewed by a qualified professional before implementation.
5. Limitation of Liability
ReduceTax and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
6. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Platform are owned by ReduceTax and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
